Seven Alpha Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates sevenalphalabs.com and related applications including CommissionGuard and GatherIQ (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

Our FEMI mobile app works differently: it keeps everything on your device and sends nothing to us. FEMI is covered by Section 12, and Sections 2 through 9 do not apply to it.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing information and payment details (processed securely via Stripe)
  • Company or business name
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Account credentials

Automatically Collected Information

When you access our Services, we may automatically collect:

User Content

Depending on the Service you use, we may collect content you upload or create, such as commission statements (CommissionGuard) or documents (GatherIQ). This content is processed solely to provide the requested service functionality.

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our Services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting)
  • AI Processing: Commission statements (CommissionGuard) and uploaded documents (GatherIQ) are processed using AI services (Anthropic Claude) solely to provide the requested service functionality
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements). You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. FEMI (Family Emergency Medical Information)

FEMI is an Android app for keeping your family's medical information organized for emergencies. This section describes how FEMI handles your information.

What FEMI stores

You can enter names, dates of birth, photos, physical details, blood type, organ donor status, allergies, medical conditions, medications, immunizations, surgeries, doctors, dental visits, family medical history, emergency contacts, insurance, and pharmacy details for yourself and your family. This includes health information.

Where it is stored

All information stays on your device, in a database encrypted with a key protected by the Android Keystore. Photos are kept in the app's private storage. FEMI does not request internet access and cannot send your information anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing. Seven Alpha Labs does not collect, receive, store, sell, or share any personal or health information from FEMI. FEMI has no account, advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.

Sharing you control

Information leaves your device only when you choose to:

  • Share a PDF of a family member's record through the Android share sheet, or
  • Save a backup file to a location you pick.

Backup files are not encrypted, so store them somewhere you trust. Once shared, that copy is handled by the app or person you shared it with.

Permissions

FEMI uses the system photo picker and camera app to add member photos, and the phone dialer to call contacts from the emergency card. It does not request storage, contacts, location, camera, or internet permissions. Optional app lock uses your device's fingerprint, face, or screen lock; FEMI never sees your biometric data.

Children

FEMI is intended for adults managing their family's records. Information about children is entered by their parent or guardian and stays on the device.

Deleting your data

Delete a family member from their edit screen, or uninstall FEMI to remove all of its data from your device. Because we never receive FEMI data, we have nothing to delete on our side.

Not medical advice

FEMI is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
