1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Seven Alpha Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including sevenalphalabs.com and our applications (RoofAge, ClientDrop, Detention Defender), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Seven Alpha Labs provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications:

• RoofAge: AI-powered roof age estimation tool for home inspectors
• ClientDrop: Document request and collection platform for professionals
• Detention Defender: Detention time tracking and invoicing for trucking professionals

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false or misleading information

5. Payment Terms

For paid Services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis or per-use basis as applicable
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss a refund. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, but we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion. One-time purchases (e.g., single roof estimates) may be refunded if the service did not function as described.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by Seven Alpha Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Product-Specific Terms

RoofAge

RoofAge provides AI-generated estimates of roof age based on uploaded images. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional inspections. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors. Seven Alpha Labs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of estimates and is not liable for decisions made based on these estimates.

ClientDrop

ClientDrop facilitates document requests and collection. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of documents you request. We do not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents. You agree to use ClientDrop only for legitimate business purposes.

Detention Defender

Detention Defender uses GPS data to track detention time. Location accuracy depends on device capabilities and environmental factors. Generated invoices are tools to support your billing; you are responsible for verifying accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and contracts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVEN ALPHA LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Alpha Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Denton County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
